San Diego Thrive is a local business directory operated by Enzon Media, which is operated by Implementables Pursuit. This notice describes the information used to run the directory, manage business profiles, and respond to requests for help.

Accounts and Google sign-in

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, account preferences, and sign-in records. Google sign-in shares your basic name, email address when available, and profile picture with us. It does not give us access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Business Profile. Signing in does not verify that you own a business.

Business listings and photos

Business names, categories, neighborhoods, descriptions, customer-facing contact details, hours, and uploaded listing content are intended to be public. Imported business details may come from identified public sources; an imported listing is not an endorsement or a claim of ownership.

We use ownership-review requests and supporting information to check a representative’s connection to a business. We do not publish the private claim-request form. A service-area listing does not display a street address supplied through the service-area form.

Business photos are stored and delivered through Bunny. Upload only content you have permission to share. Uploaded photos may be resized and have embedded metadata removed.

Activity and payments

We record listing views and actions such as website, call, directions, and booking clicks. A click does not establish that a call, inquiry, appointment, or sale happened. Premium membership payments and billing management are processed by Stripe; we retain membership and transaction references rather than full payment-card details.

Business help and communications

Account and listing details may be stored in our customer-management system to administer the directory. If you ask for a business check or other help and opt in to follow-up, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss relevant Enzon Media services. A free listing or ownership claim does not by itself grant marketing permission.

You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up or use the unsubscribe option provided in an email. Necessary account, verification, security, and billing messages are handled separately.

Service providers and cookies

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, photo delivery, payments, email, and customer management, including Vercel, Neon, Google, Bunny, Stripe, and HighLevel. They process information needed to provide those services. Links to business websites, maps, and booking services lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and similar browser storage support sign-in, preferences, and site functionality. We also maintain operational and security records. Information is retained as needed to operate accounts, listings, support, billing, and security processes.

Requests from public authorities

We review government and law-enforcement requests for personal information before responding. We verify the requester and assess the request’s legal basis and scope, seeking legal advice when needed. We may seek clarification or challenge a request where appropriate and permitted by law.

Any disclosure is limited to information legally required or otherwise lawfully necessary. We keep a restricted record of the request, our review, and our response. We notify affected users when legally permitted and appropriate.

Direct formal requests to support@sandiegothrive.com. Sending a request does not automatically grant access to personal information.

Your information and requests

Owners can edit verified profiles through their business account. To request access, correction, removal, or deletion of other information, contact support@sandiegothrive.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority over a business before acting. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or other applicable obligations.

You can manage San Diego Thrive’s sign-in access through your Google Account connections. Removing Google access does not automatically delete your directory account or listing; contact us if you also want those reviewed for removal.
